We work hard to be inclusive of varying tastes, preferences and dietary requirements, while maintaining full respect for nature and its resources. We therefore have a range of dishes including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. We choose not to work with meat due to the meat industry’s negative impact on the environment.

We use organic seasonal products from Portuguese farmers and fishermen. Our matcha is obtained directly from Japan, and our specialty coffee is roasted in small batches.
Our food and drink is produced from the original natural ingredients and we do not use refined sugar or any processed products.
